21.0.1. (Revoked).

21.0.1. The maximum annual levels of income under paragraph 1 of section 18 and section 20, and the income under section 21 are increased on 1 January of each year at the same rate of increase as the benefits under the Social Solidarity Program paid pursuant to the Individual and Family Assistance Act (chapter A-13.1.1) to persons who have a severely limited capacity for employment.
The amounts so increased are rounded off to the nearest dollar.
The Minister of Justice is to inform the public of the results of the increase by publishing a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec showing, in a table, the financial eligibility thresholds thus increased for the year in question and giving the date of effect. The Minister may also, if the Minister considers it appropriate, make that information available using any other means.
